New version of the Open Cell Library posted Si2 Admin - 2008-10-13 09:27 [Nangate FreePDK45 Generic Open Cell Libr] The PDFv1.2 v2008_10 version of the Nangate FreePDK45 Library was posted today. The library is an open-source, standard-cell library provided for the purposes of testing and exploring EDA flows.

Si2 OpenAccess Tutorial now free to Members and Non-members Si2 Admin - 2008-09-22 08:00 [Si2 OpenAccess Tutorial] Towards enabling the community to evaluate OpenAccess more completely, Si2 opened all editions of the Si2 OpenAccess Tutorial (PDF) and the labs free to members and non members as of Spetember 22, 2008. The tutorial gives evaluators a look at the changes and features in the most recent, members-only releases of OpenAccess.

OpenAccess Member Forum/Trackers Opened to Non-Members Si2 Admin - 2008-09-19 08:00 [OpenAccess Releases] Si2 has opened the OpenAccess members-only forum and trackers to non-members. The non-members projects has been merged with the members OpenAccess Releases project. There is now one main distribution point for OpenAccess releases. Membership is still required for latest releases. License approval is still required for OpenAccess release downloads.
CPF Relational Analyzer Posted Si2 Admin - 2008-08-01 00:00 [LPC Distributions] The Common Power Format Relational Analyzer tool allows CPF users to analyze the design intent for a low-power design and examine the current state and relationships among the CPF data objects. The CPF Relational Analyzer is also useful as a training aid to learn/understand CPF, as an aid to ease the adoption process and as an analysis tool in the IC design process.
The CPF Relational Analyzer is available to all LPC member company users.
